Seems like time flies and we are missing out on so much:
1. Lulu, CONGRATULATIONS to u for passing TP and got your license :) I didnt even know u went to take theory or practical man...so sorry about that...need to know more and more about what's going on in your life man :p
2. Nice house of xiao gu...Jia, post more pics leh...those few posted hard to visualise the whole house haha but sure is tough work on you all to clean it up! :p Btw, have u all decided to stay there or rent out hur???
3. Da jie, heard that u got a new place too...wah how come no updates man...bet u too busy house hunting ah heehee. Please take pics and show us too can? Thanks :) So u gonna all move there or rent out? Updates please :) Wow come to think of it, u must be so happy now having a daughter and a new house! Congrats man :)
4. Jia, CONGRATS once again for the exposure u are getting now...go go go, go for more...be a super star! :) Have more pics printed on papers and magazines... ;)

ReplyDeleteMy cute gal is MIAing... she is just 17 months but her mommy already send her to baby school to train her right brain, and still got homework one leh.. wah liow.. so stressed. Well, i have not seen her since the last time we officially became god-related.. HAHA!!
ReplyDeleteYes, i hv been super duper bz.. sigh.. wanting to get either one house at katong or macpherson. I think i have seen about 50 houses or more. But none succeeded even after i put cheque, kenna rejected flat flat. Long story.. Anyway, finally still go back to square one, buying one which is what i had long eyeing on about 3 years ago. But but... deja vu, lotsa issues, long negotiation but when finally came to a meeting point, my banker went back on his words and said his valuation cannot match the price, loan issue, CPF issue etc etc... alamak.. so stressed. One solution is to sell our flat to cash out and solve all issues. But fil not agreeable :( Sigh... anyway, only upon confirmation of loan and all legal thingy, i will let u know again ba. hahaha.. so paiseh.. hv not completed the sale yet everyone knew and even went to see the exterior. blame it on my hubby who could not contain his excitement and just blurt the immaterialised dream hahaha
so fierce ah her mom...poor gal...but sure will be a very clever gal :)

Cool news! I have managed to get the loan and the legal documents done. Oh ya, this time i engaged UOB's Ling Ling as recommended by you last time. I told her you recommended her to me and she wanted your contacts haha... as if going to give you commission. HAHAHA! She is fast & very helpful i must admit.. and she gave me very good package, which no other banks can match. THANK YOU fang... for your recommendation!!

ReplyDeletehmm.. land area is small, only 1704 sq feet but built up area is relatively big, 3528 sq feet. located at macpherson/upper aljunied rd, very near aunt's terrace too. your daddy said it's opposite your maternal great-grandmother's house. how much i paid for it ah... dun say la.. that's the most paiseh thing, bcos i bought it at a price almost 300k more than what chris' sister had paid (she also bought one in jun 09 - the one which xiaogu originally wanted to buy but didn't materialise). but nvm la, i think it is value for money, given that the house is built with good quality materials. even if i buy a piece of land and built one myself, i also cannot afford to built one with the same quality. that's why we close one eye and just buy it. haha! hopefully can get a good rental income out of it.
maternal great grandmother house? The one she used to stay he mean? At Hougang? *Confused* but if yes then wah all coming to the north side heehee nice!
