pasar malam easier to sell. haha. somemore dun need to post here post there very mafan. if you rent pasar malam, i can go look after stall if i am free la. cos i am cold blooded one. haha.

i think SIM got those push cart to rent in school leh. but dunno whats the criteria since i see nobody renting it... plus got ppl want to buy baby clothes in school?? hahaha. i will check it out k.

ReplyDelete· Pushcart can only be rented by SIM Full Time students.
· If you have assistants (either SIM FT or PT students), please provide the students' names (in full), I/C numbers (or Passport numbers), contact numbers and their Degree/Programmes for our reference.
· Rental of the pushcart has to start on the 1st day of the month and end on the last day of the same month.
· Please declare all the products or services that you are selling in an attached business plan.
· Please do not sell counterfeit goods; or items that are sold at the SIM bookstore and food courts. Food items are only allowed if they are vacuum packed and sealed.
· One pushcart is entitled to only one chair. Any additional items will cost $5.00 an item per day.
· Please report immediately if an item is faulty (eg. lights are not working properly).
· Opening hours are flexible, but it must be opened during lunchtime (11.30am – 2.00pm). If the pushcart is closed for more than 3 days without valid reason and prior approval, the deposit may be forfeited.
· Rental is at $100 per month. Contract is on a monthly basis. Once the pushcart is confirmed for rental, please pay a total of $150 by cheque to SIM Pte Ltd ($100 rental fees and $50 refundable deposit).
· If you choose to withdraw after making payment, the pushcart rental fee of $100 would be forfeited.
· The refundable deposit of $50 would be returned on receipt of the pushcart keys at the indicated date and time mentioned below. It will be forfeited if the keys are not returned by 3.00pm.
· For deposit refund, please fill up the Request for Payment Form. The cheque of $50/xx will be posted to your house within 20 days.
· PUSHCARTS are to remain in their original positions. If the pushcart is moved, damaged or the key is lost; the $50 deposit shall be forfeited.
· Students have to follow all other rules and regulations set by the Estate/Facilities office; such as keeping the corridor clean and obstruction free. Please ensure orderly behaviour and noise is kept to a minimum. SIM will not be responsible for any loss or damaged items on sale.
